10-easy steps to get slim.

If you want to get slim then the following steps may help to get slim without any massive effort. Using medicines will slim your pocket not your body.


1) Don’t use fried foods. Use only baked or boiled foods

2) Eat food that contains fibre contents

3) Eat for live, never live for eating.

4) Avoid sugar and food items that  contains sweet.

5)Do exercise or yoga regularly.

6) Consume two or three teaspoon honey regularly(for  non diabetic persons)

7) Do physical and mental exertion.(walking ,swimming, house hold works, washing clothes, sweeping etc)

8) Don’t use large quantities of carbohydrates and oily foods

9) No hungry  no food:  Eat while you get hungry. Don’t eat any food while you are not hungry

10) Eat  a heavy breakfast and reduce the quantity of food in lunch and dinner.
